1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing up for WinningRealtors’ Free SEO Content Program (“Program”), you (“Realtor” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
By providing WinningRealtors with your contact information, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receiving marketing communications, including through automated calls, texts and emails.
2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
WinningRealtors (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides free SEO-optimized real estate content to qualified real estate professionals. This Program allows participants to receive professionally written, search engine optimized posts at no cost.
3. GRANT OF POSTING AUTHORITY
By participating in this Program, you grant WinningRealtors the authority to:
- Create SEO-optimized real estate content on your behalf
- Post content to your designated platforms or channels
- Include promotional elements, backlinks, and marketing materials within posts
- Manage timing, frequency, and distribution of content
- Use your name, business information, and market area in connection with posts
4. AUTHOR ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Account Setup
- You may be required to create an author account using an email address provided by WinningRealtors
- WinningRealtors will provide setup assistance, including scheduled consultation calls if needed
- You must provide accurate account information and maintain account access
4.2 Account Usage
- The author account may only be used for WinningRealtors’ authorized posting activities
- You may not modify account settings or permissions without prior approval
- Account credentials must be kept secure and confidential
5. CONTENT CONTROL AND BACKLINKS
5.1 Editorial Control
- WinningRealtors maintains complete editorial control over all posted content
- Content style, format, messaging, and publication schedule are at WinningRealtors’ sole discretion
- You may not modify, edit, or alter content without express written permission
5.2 Backlink Policy
- WinningRealtors reserves the right to include backlinks within any posted content
- Backlinks may direct to WinningRealtors’ website, affiliated sites, partner resources, or sponsored content
- You expressly agree that you cannot remove, modify, or delete backlinks from posts
- If you wish to remove a backlink, you must delete the entire post containing that backlink
- Selective editing of posts while maintaining publication is strictly prohibited
6. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
6.1 Marketing Communications By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving:
- Email newsletters and marketing materials
- Automated email sequences and campaigns
- Text messages and SMS marketing (where provided phone number)
- Phone calls for program updates, support, or promotional purposes
- Communications about WinningRealtors services, promotions, and related real estate tools
6.2 Opt-Out Rights You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking unsubscribe links in emails
- Replying “STOP” to text messages
- Contacting our support team directly
- Updating your communication preferences in your account
Note: Opting out of marketing communications does not terminate your participation in the content posting program.
7. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
7.1 Eligibility

- Must comply with all applicable real estate advertising regulations
- Limited to one account per realtor/business
7.2 Program Limitations
- WinningRealtors may limit the number of program participants

8. TERMINATION
8.1 Termination Rights Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party.
8.2 Effect of Termination Upon termination:
- WinningRealtors’ posting authority immediately ceases
- Previously posted content may remain active unless removed by mutual agreement
- All backlinks in existing posts must remain intact unless entire posts are deleted
- You remain subject to communication consent terms unless specifically opted out
- Account access may be revoked or transferred
9. FREE SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge that:
- All services under this Program are provided at no cost to you
- The free nature of services does not diminish WinningRealtors’ rights regarding content control
- WinningRealtors may promote its paid services through program communications
- No refunds are applicable as no payment is required
10. DATA AND PRIVACY
10.1 Information Collection We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including:
- Contact information (name, email, phone, business address)
- Business information (license details, market area, specializations)
- Website and social media platform information
- Communication preferences and engagement data

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
12.1 No Guarantees WinningRealtors makes no guarantees regarding:
- SEO ranking improvements or timeline
- Website traffic increases
- Lead generation or business results
- Specific content volume or posting frequency
12.2 Limitation of Liability WinningRealtors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation or content posting activities.
13. COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL
13.1 Regulatory Compliance You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable real estate advertising laws and regulations
- Maintain required professional licenses and certifications
- Ensure content accuracy regarding your qualifications and services
- Follow MLS rules and regulations where applicable
13.2 Indemnification You agree to indemnify WinningRealtors against any claims arising from your use of posted content or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
14. MODIFICATIONS
14.1 Terms Updates WinningRealtors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14.2 Program Changes Program features, benefits, and requirements may be modified or discontinued at WinningRealtors’ discretion.
